From 18th February 2008 to 17th August 2008 I worked as Consultant for the National Health Service United Kingdom - at Calderstones NHS Trust

Since 14th February 1993, I have been working for Genoa Local Trust #3 as a Psychiatrist of addiction behaviour.

The Trust I am working for is situated in Sampierdarena, Via Sampierdarena 2 - Genova


This is a problematic Area of Genoa, with a demographic variation for presence of immigrates mostly extra - communitarian ones. Many patients are visited for Methadone Maintenance Treatment [MMT]. Activities in this area of Genoa are the same as in all the areas I have worked, but with some differences: Clinical management of 40 -50 outpatients, most of them in their forties and fifties, and in MMT for over 10 years, double diagnosis and major psychiatric disorders such as cyclothymia, depression, and personality disorders with heroin addiction.
